Facetocall Terms of Service

These terms apply to Phone Dialer and Contacts (Facetocall, com.gazman.beep) from Gazman Dev LLC.
Using Facetocall
Gazman Dev LLC lets you use Facetocall on compatible Android devices. You may manage contacts, place and receive calls, and use supported calling features. Some features require Android permissions, the default phone role, or an internet connection. Your carrier provides your phone service and may charge you under your plan. Use a reliable alternative if you cannot reach emergency services from your device.
Acceptable use
Use Facetocall lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not use it to harass people, send unlawful communications, access someone else's data without permission, or interfere with the app or its services. Keep a copy of important contact information before merging or deleting contacts.
Google Play purchases and subscriptions
Google Play checkout shows the price, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer before purchase. A recurring subscription renews unless you cancel it in Google Play before the next charge. After cancellation, access normally continues through the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. If a purchase fails or a paid feature does not work as described, contact us or request help through Google Play. Refund and cancellation rights under applicable law still apply.
Updates and consumer rights
We may update the app for security, compatibility, or improvements. We will provide any notice or remedies required by law if a change affects your rights or access. These terms preserve your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty digital content and services.
